About this Trip
There’s something quietly reassuring about a small, family-run stay on a Greek island in high summer.
At Jimmy’s Studios in Aghia Paraskevi, life feels simple in the very best way — morning coffee on your balcony, the scent of warm pine in the air, and the gentle rhythm of pool, beach, taverna, repeat
This is the kind of July escape where you don’t have to do very much at all.

Peak summer in Greece can sometimes feel busy and overwhelming. But here, you’re tucked into peaceful gardens just a short stroll from the beach.
Jimmy’s Studios has that comforting, home-from-home atmosphere that makes solo travellers feel at ease. It’s friendly without being intrusive. Relaxed without being remote. Everything you need is close by — sandy beaches, easy bus links into Skiathos Town, and traditional tavernas where dining alone feels completely natural. You can join in… or simply enjoy your own quiet space.

The studios are simple, comfortable and practical:
• Twin beds (doubles available)
• Kitchenette with cooking rings and fridge
• Private shower room
• Balcony or terrace
• Air-conditioning and safety deposit box (payable locally)
There’s a lovely pool surrounded by greenery — a little oasis for unhurried afternoons. WiFi is available around the bar and pool area, should you want to check in with home.
It’s not flashy. It’s not trying too hard.
It’s quietly lovely.
The transfer arrangements are straightforward, and while there’s a short walk from the coach drop-off point, your luggage is delivered separately — meaning you’re not navigating it alone in the heat.
Studios sleep up to two adults, so there’s space if you’d prefer to travel with a friend.
If you’ve been thinking about a summer 2027 escape but want something that feels manageable — not too big, not too busy, not too complicated — this could be such a lovely first step.
You don’t have to be bold to travel.
You can go gently — and still go beautifully
