Step aboard Holland America’s elegant Koningsdam. As you sail out beneath the Lion’s Gate Bridge, the adventure shifts from mountains to ocean.
Day 9 – Inside Passage
Spend the day at sea as the ship glides through the Inside Passage — a serene world of forested islands and glassy waters.
Day 10 – Juneau
Arrive in Alaska’s capital, surrounded by glaciers and mountains. Perhaps take a whale-watching excursion or ride the Mount Roberts Tramway for sweeping views.
Day 11 – Skagway

Day 12 – Glacier Bay National Park
A true highlight: spend the day among immense glaciers and shimmering icebergs, listening for the thunderous crack as ice calves into the sea.
Day 13 – Ketchikan
Known as the “Salmon Capital of the World,” Ketchikan also brims with Native Alaskan culture, colourful houses, and totem poles.
Day 14 – Scenic Cruising

Day 15 – Scenic Cruising
Another day to enjoy the rhythm of life at sea and take in Alaska’s unspoiled landscapes.
Day 16 – Return Home
