Day 1 – Fly to San José
Depart the UK and land in Costa Rica’s vibrant capital. Transfer to your hotel and meet your fellow travellers over a welcome dinner.

Day 2 – Exploring San José & Escazú
Discover the city’s cultural treasures on a guided tour, from the ornate National Theatre to bustling Central Market. Visit nearby Escazú, where local artisans keep traditions alive.

Day 3 – Journey to Tortuguero
Travel through lush lowlands to Tortuguero, where you’ll board a boat to your jungle lodge. Cruise the canals surrounded by rainforest alive with the sounds of wildlife.

Day 4 – Tortuguero’s Wildlife
Wake to the calls of howler monkeys before exploring more of the waterways. With expert guides, look for sloths, monkeys, iguanas and exotic birds.

Day 5 – To Arenal Volcano
Journey inland to Arenal, Costa Rica’s iconic volcano. Visit a local farm en route, before settling in at your lodge. Evening at leisure.

Day 6 – Hanging Bridges & Hot Springs
Walk the famous Arenal Hanging Bridges for canopy views and wildlife spotting. Later, relax in the thermal hot springs while gazing at the volcano.

Day 7 – To Monteverde
Travel to Monteverde, home of the magical cloudforest. Evening free to relax.

Day 8 – Cloudforest by Day & Night
A guided morning walk through misty forest trails, followed by an after-dark wildlife walk to experience the nocturnal side of the jungle.

Day 9 – Journey to Manuel Antonio
Head to the coast, where rainforest meets the Pacific Ocean. Check into your beachside hotel.

Days 10–11 – Manuel Antonio National Park
Explore one of Costa Rica’s most beloved parks, where monkeys swing through the trees and sloths laze in the canopy. Relax on pristine beaches or choose optional activities.

Day 12 – Back to San José
Return to San José for a final evening together, celebrating the journey shared.

Day 13 – Departure
Fly home from Costa Rica.
