Day 1 – Depart UK
Fly overnight to Thailand, ready for a journey that invites you to slow down and let go.
Day 2 – Arrival in Thailand
Arrive in Phuket or Krabi, where your private transfer whisks you to your island retreat. Settle in, breathe deeply, and let the sound of the sea welcome you.
Days 3–4 – Finding Your Rhythm
Wake to the scent of salt air and the call of tropical birds. Spend your days barefoot — wandering the beach, swimming in warm waters, reading under the palms, or indulging in gentle yoga and soothing massages.
Day 5 – Explore at Your Pace
Perhaps take a longtail boat to nearby islands, wander through a local village market, or simply enjoy peaceful moments on the beach. End the day with a Thai massage and dinner beneath the stars.
Day 6 – Choose Your Bliss
Kayaking, a Thai cooking class, batik painting, or doing absolutely nothing at all — this is your time, guided entirely by what your soul needs most.
Day 7 – Leaving the Island (But Not the Magic)
Today you take the resort transfer boat to Krabi. Your driver will be waiting on the other side to carry you through the countryside to your next hotel. Expect warm Thai hospitality the moment you arrive, with time to settle in and relax.
Day 8 – Your Choice
Join complimentary yoga, stretching, Tai Chi, or a guided walk up the mountain. Take out the free kayaks or hop on a longtail boat. Or perhaps all you need is an oversized beanbag beneath the trees, just steps from the sea — a perfect spot to simply be.
Day 9 – Another Day, Another Choice
If you didn’t try one of the activities yesterday, you might feel drawn to them today. But my personal recommendation…
Visit Following Giants, an ethical elephant sanctuary. Take a half-day guided walk among rescued elephants living freely with their mahouts and families. There’s no riding, bathing, or feeding — just gentle presence, meaningful connection, and time to learn, enjoy a meal, and create seed bombs to support their future food supply.
Day 10 – One Last Day
Enjoy a final day of rest and sunshine before your journey home. There’s still time to visit the local town for souvenirs or make a peaceful visit to the nearby temple.
Day 11 – It’s Time to Leave
Transfer to the airport for your flight home — body rested, heart full, spirit lighter, and a little piece of Thailand carried with you.
